I'm Sabari. This is where I keep ideas I haven't finished thinking and feelings I haven't finished feeling. Some become essays. Most stay as small murmurs, a line or two, left on the thread the day they happened.

Every post carries a mood, because the mood usually explains the post better than the topic does. I don't edit them afterwards to sound wiser.

Everything I write here is in Malayalam. The rest of the site, the menus, labels and dates, is in English.

• quiet — still, a little inward
• restless — unable to sit with it
• tender — soft, close to the surface
• wry — amused at my own expense
• heavy — carrying something
• curious — pulling at a thread
